We interviewed a number of potential agents when selling our home, and Meghan easily won the listing - which had nothing to do with her proposed listing price or comps (we studied the market and knew what the home was worth). We knew we had a special property that had been lovingly and completely renovated (which is not always common for the mainline area), but had to sell due to a relocation for work.
