Susan joined The Meghan Chorin Team in 2020 to continue her extraordinarily successful career in the Real Estate industry. For over 30 years, Susan has enjoyed an impressive background of collaborating with builders, architects, and designers and has honed her skills working with Sellers and Buyers to make every transaction seamless! She is an expert in all facets of residential real estate but has a special niche for new construction.

Along with being a Luxury Home Specialist, Susan received her Broker’s license at the age of 21 and has continued to thrive in the industry receiving numerous awards, including “Sales Person of the Year” and “Sales Manager of the Year” by the Home Builders Association of Chester and Delaware Counties. She knows what it takes to have an idea on paper and then turn it into a beautiful home. She also has experience creating and staging model homes, so that every room has its own source of beauty and livability.

Susan honors a commitment to her clients to exceed all their expectations. She credits her success to listening and understanding what is important to the customer, and then finding that perfect new home, and guiding the process from the initial meeting to the closing table!
