Katie Wcislo

Katie is a detail-oriented listener who is excited to assist members of Philadelphia and its suburban communities as they pursue their home buying and selling dreams. She wants to understand what people actually want and need, both inside and outside of real estate endeavors. Katie has extensive knowledge of Philadelphia city neighborhoods as well as experience in Bucks County and looks forward to supporting buyers, sellers, and the rest of her team in all of these areas. As an agent on The Meghan Chorin Team, Katie has an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the communities along The Main Line as well.

Prior to entering the real estate world, Katie spent 16 years as a public school educator in Philadelphia. She received a B.A. from Emory University in 2004 and a Masters In Secondary Education from St. Joseph’s University in 2006. Katie grew up in Nashville, Tennessee, and moved to Philadelphia to begin teaching. She loves learning about the Philadelphia area, which she now considers home. Helping others learn and feel comfortable with information is a passion for Katie and a skill that she brings to the table to assist her clients as they make big life decisions. She hopes to make the important task of buying or selling a home feel like an informed, supported, and enjoyable choice!
