Steven has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2012.

Steven also works with many investors locating rentals and rehab properties. Being an investor and home owner himself, Steven is able to locate the property that best suits his client’s needs. Personal Background: Steven grew up following in the footsteps of his father, working in the construction world and helping him work on his rental properties. From a young age, the thought of owning his own home in addition to cash flow properties was always Steven’s dream. At the age of 21, he purchased his first investment property which he still owns today. Steve now currently owns 10 rental properties, a 6-unit new construction development, has completed 25 flips, and 3 commercial properties. In addition to this, Steven has done several rehab projects on his own home. While working hand-in-hand with his father, before he entered into the Real Estate industry, the construction work was enjoyable; However, his love for real estate was not being fulfilled. That is when he decided to get his real estate license and become a Realtor. Now working full time as a Realtor, in addition to running and managing his personal investment properties, he is able to do not only what he enjoys the most, but something that he finds much more rewarding. He is able to devote himself to his clients during one of the biggest decisions in their lives, which is buying or selling a home.
