Steven Ganz

Steve Ganz has been representing buyers, sellers, and developers of luxury residential real estate in New York City since 1998. He also has extensive experience in designing, branding, and marketing some of New York City’s most successful new development properties. Steve is highly regarded for his discretion, personal service, and responsiveness and has consistently maintained long-term relationships with his clients, who often buy and sell multiple properties through him.

Steve has enthusiastically brought his luxury market experience and well-honed expertise in high-end residential sales to Philadelphia and its Main Line suburbs, where he is a passionate member of the local community. There is nothing that is more professionally gratifying to Steve than getting to know his clients, understanding their real estate goals and wishes, and successfully partnering with them to sell a much-loved property or find a new home of their dreams.

Steve attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he holds an AB in chemistry and won the UNC-CH Book Award for advanced organic chemistry. A former professional jazz saxophonist, Steven also holds a BFA in Jazz Performance from The New School Jazz and Contemporary Music Program and was a professor at The New School in the early 1990s. In addition to playing jazz, Steve is an avid reader, and loves traveling the globe and exploring architecture, design, culture, and cuisine with his wife and two teenage sons. Steve’s extensive international travel experience is reflected in his refined design sensibilities. Steve and his family live in NYC and the Main Line.
